These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the websites at withbricks.com and go.withbricks.com (the “Sites”), operated by WithBricks LLC (“Bricks,” “we,” “us”). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Sites.

These Terms cover the marketing websites only. If you use the Bricks product, your use is governed by the separate customer agreement between your organization and Bricks — not by these Terms.

Using the Sites

You may use the Sites for their intended purpose: learning about Bricks and getting in touch with us. You agree not to:

• Use the Sites in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone’s rights
• Interfere with, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or the systems behind them
• Scrape, harvest, or copy content at scale, or use automated means to overload the Sites
• Misrepresent who you are or submit information you have no right to share

Our content

The content on the Sites — text, graphics, logos, the Bricks name and cube mark, and the design itself — belongs to WithBricks LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share it for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

What you send us

If you send us information through the Sites — for example, when booking a demo or emailing us — you confirm you’re allowed to share it, and you give us permission to use it to respond to you and operate our business, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Links to other sites

The Sites may link to third-party websites or services we don’t control. We provide those links for convenience and aren’t responsible for the content, policies, or practices of anywhere they lead.

No warranty

The Sites and their content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep them accurate and running, but we don’t warrant that they’ll always be available, error-free, or current. Product descriptions on the Sites are for general information and aren’t a commitment or guarantee of specific features or results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WithBricks LLC won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the revised version here and update the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Sites after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Sites will be handled in the courts located there.
