Privacy

Privacy policy.

This policy explains what we collect on our websites, why, and what you can do about it — in plain words.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Bricks (WithBricks LLC) (“Bricks,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites at withbricks.com and go.withbricks.com (the “Sites”). It covers our public marketing websites. If you are a Bricks customer, the personal and facility data you put into the Bricks product is governed by your customer agreement with us, not this policy.

By using the Sites, you consent to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Sites. Questions? Email marketing@withbricks.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a demo or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message. Demo scheduling is handled through HubSpot.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Sites, we collect standard usage and device data: the pages you view, links you click, your browser and device type, referring page, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This is collected through analytics cookies and similar technologies.

Session activity. We use analytics tools that record how visitors move through our pages — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and the pages viewed — so we can understand what’s working and improve the site. These tools mask text entered into fields by default; we don’t use them to capture keystrokes or the contents of forms. We don’t knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Sites.

How we use your information

  • To respond to demo requests and questions you send us
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Sites
  • To understand how visitors find and use the Sites
  • To send you marketing communications you’ve asked for — you can opt out at any time
  • To meet our legal, security, and record-keeping obligations

If we ever want to use your information for a materially different purpose, we’ll ask for your consent first.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf, only for the purposes above and only for as long as needed:

HubSpot
Demo scheduling, contact management, email, and website analytics.
PostHog
Product analytics and session replay for withbricks.com.
Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity
Website analytics and session replay/heatmaps on go.withbricks.com.
Hosting & infrastructure
The cloud providers that serve and protect the Sites.

We may also disclose information (1) to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process; (2) to enforce our agreements or protect our rights, safety, and property; and (3) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may transfer to the new owner.

Cookies

The Sites use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies for two things: to make the Sites work, and to measure and improve how they perform. The analytics and session tools named above (PostHog, HubSpot, and — on go.withbricks.com — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) set cookies for this purpose. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Sites may not work as well if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you give us for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above, and longer where required for legal, security, or record-keeping reasons. Session recordings are retained for up to 90 days. Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you may be kept indefinitely.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to how we process it; to ask us to transfer it; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email marketing@withbricks.com and we’ll respond as the law requires.

California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of it. We do not sell your personal information. Exercising these rights won’t change how we treat you.

You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to us.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information under our control against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we take it seriously, and we say what we actually do on our security page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the revised version here and update the “last updated” date above. If the changes are significant, we’ll make that clear. Your continued use of the Sites after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Contact us
